My bro looks like a pro....

... on his new atv.
My brother recently bought himself a 800cc atv. It is so fun to drive this thing and you have to be really careful not to flip it over you when given full throttle on the streets.
But this is made for dirt and offroading and it sure has had some of that :)
Here are some pics of my bother on the atv.

I would rather have one of those... then I could take my wife with me :) ....

SURE!!!

Hummer - the icelandic version

Hummer H1

Here is a Hummer in the icelandic version, this is very 2007 and I would think that this Hummer has not been to the mountains as often as you would think by the looks af it :)
Well that is just my thought. Mayby this Hummer is "all the time" in the mountains and driving on glaciers. The thing is that so many of those modified cars where a little bit "more to show" than actually go. But now is iceland 2009 and in iceland 2009 cars will be smaller and older.
And first I have started talking about trucks on huge tires..... here are some more icelandic versions of trucks. These trucks all have in common having special wheels with Maglock.
That makes sure that the huge tire will stay on the wheel even though it has been deflated to only few psi to make the cars flow better in snow.
Check it out on www.felgur.is

Nissan Patrol on 44" tires

Toyota LandCruiser on 44" tires

Here are some nice Land Rover Defenders on 44"

Toyota Tacoma on 38" tires

Ford F350 on 46" tires

This is a car made by Icecool - they are leading in modifying
big trucks and set a World record driving on the Antarctica
This is a must see webpage for all truck lovers

Ford F350 on 46" tires

Ford Excursion on 46" tires

And another Excursion on 46" for a rescueteam.

Whitewater rafting

Late august 2006 I went with a group of strangers and 2 friends of mine rafting in East Glacial River. This is the 3rd time I go in this river and its always a blast, lots of scary rapids that fill you up with adrenalin and...... cold water :) After all this is a 3 - 4+ river so you will get your moneys worth in this trip.

Here is a link to the website - this is one way to have fun.
Enough bable, here are some pics.

Little Easter trip

We took a little drive over the easter holidays, the weather was brilliant and the car got a little dirty, what else do we need??

The family went to Lazytown

Today I took my family to see the set of the kids tv show Lazytown. My boys have been watching this show alot and they know all the characters and the ins and outs of this show.
So it was an great experience to go and see everything for them self that they have been seeing on tv for so long. For those two members of the family, this was an experince of a lifetime.
