the northeast and east. Frost 0 to 10 deg. C, coldest inland in the
northeast. On Monday and Tuesday: Turns to north wind, mainly 5 to 10
m/s, strongest at times in the northwest with snow- or showers but
mostly dry in the south. Frost in all parts. On Wednesday: Variable wind and
widely snowshowers. Cold weather. On Thursday: Variable wind and and mostly
dry but looks like increasing southwest wind with precipitation by evening and
somewhat warmer.
